職種/仕事内容 | 仕事内容 Hi there! We're Ichiba Japan, an ecommerce business connecting Japan's unique anime culture with customers worldwide. Our cozy office is based in Uchihiranomachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, and we're looking for a part-time team member to join us on this exciting journey. Requirements: You must be legally authorized to work in Japan for at least one year. We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (20 hours/week) *Schedule can be discussed and adjusted if needed ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** PRIMARY TASK (90% of your time): Parcel Preparation - Packing small, adorable products (think plushies!) to ship to our global customers. SECONDARY TASK (10% of your time): Translation Support - Assisting us (the three founders) with Japanese-English translation and interpretation when we need to complete documents or chat with partners. Truth be told, our Japanese isn't the best, so we need your help! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **ABOUT YOU** REQUIRED: ✓ Native Japanese speaker with conversational English ✓ Non-smoker (our products like plushies are sensitive to odors) ✓ Good physical condition (the job involves moving around, bending to access low shelves, and occasionally using a step stool to reach higher inventory) PREFERRED (not required): + Familiar with Japanese anime culture + Experience in parcel preparation or shipping logistics + Good at administrative tasks and organization No qualifications required—we'll provide all the guidance you need! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **COMPENSATION** Hourly Rate: 1,400 JPY/hour Transportation: Fully covered *Non-negotiable—no need to bring out your calculator! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ **THE WORKPLACE** Our office isn't your typical cold warehouse—it's a comfortable, cozy space equipped with: • Heating and air conditioning • Modern furniture • Relaxing background music • Complimentary tea and coffee (perfect for a kick-start or a 5-minute break!)
